Rippin' Rocket

On Father's Day, after our amazing dinner of Chinese food-eaten completely with chopsticks I might add, we stopped at a VERY large thrift store. We only had 25 minutes until closing time, but we made the most of it. Blue-Raspberry found this awesome K'nex roller coaster called Rippin' Rocket. It was only $9.

He worked very hard on building this roller coaster, both of his older brother's and even his big sister helped occasionally with the construction. Here he is halfway through construction. And here is today! Project is complete! Chocolate Taffy has a knack for building things and following complicated and vague directions. So he finished this up and surprised Blue-Raspberry with the results.
Here's a little movie so you can see what it does exactly. Notice their pink noses...it was a perfect day for the beach! Also, if you look closely you can see a mess out that door there...I'll tell you what that's from in another post (although all that pounding is a pretty big clue)!

Holding Fast,
Mrs. Taffy

  1. That looks like so much fun! I'll bet that Chocolate Taffy is the analytial, engineering type.

  2. That was fun! Would you really want to go on a ride like that??? Its fun to hear everyone's voices!

  3. No...not really! BARF! :o) She wouldn't either...The little people in the car have their hair all sticking out the back of their heads...so funny! Eyes bulging...not really! LOL!

  4. Well done Blue Raspberry! My word! Good job! Looks super fun!
