Windom, MN

Yesterday we had the pleasure of visiting this little town in southwestern Minnesota. It's a small town of about 4000 people, surrounded by corn and soybean fields. Most of the population has beautiful white hair and many of the small stores are closed...but look at this amazing play ground we found! It was gigantic! Someone told us that is was completely funded by the community too, they raised the money and volunteered their time to build it! It has to be the coolest park we've found yet!

My pictures don't even begin to do it justice, it just went on an on and had all kinds of amazing obstacles to climb through and over.
Sorry I haven't been blogging much. I've been going through a personal battle here on the home front and it's taken most of my emotional energy. But you can see, my children are happy and healthy and growing like crazy.
Instead of garage saling tomorrow, we'll be strawberry picking! It's jam time!
Still holding fast,
Mrs. Taffy
