- 1- 8oz. package of Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (4oz) container of Cool Whip-thawed
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3 1/2 cups rice crispie cereal
First Prepare the Crust:
In a pot melt butter and chocolate chips together. Remove from heat and stir in rice crispies. Press mixture into a pie pan and chill for 30 minutes.
Next Prepare the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese. Gradually beat in milk, then peanut butter until smooth. Stir in lemon and vanilla. Fold in cool whip and pour into the crust you made. Stick your lovely pie in the freezer to set and freeze.
Add chocolate sauce and mini peanut butter cups!
This is a very rich dessert! My husband loves to have this instead of cake on his birthday.
